Waiuku Village Butchery is a small family business and it has been that way since 1913. Currently owned by Lesley who started in the butchery industry in 2000, she is supported by Phil her husband and their two young boys.
The family is very proud of Waiuku and support many clubs and events throughout the year. Currently the butchery employs an apprentice, a full-time butcher and a part time customer assistant who all live locally in Waiuku.
Together the team pride themselves on the quality of all product, especially the homemade goods which are made in the shop like Bacon, Sausages, Salami, Beef Jerky, Black pudding and Ham.
